Could have issues with the fact it is 11 years old and has such low miles. Thinks like belts, hoses and fluids tend to go bad from sitting. I would be concerned about those items. The interior and exterior look really good, but how good would it look sitting in your driveway with busted drivetrain?

As long as it was left running a bit and moved every once in a while it shouldn't be too bad. If this was taken care of properly then I don't see a problem. But if it was just sitting the entire time I would agree with you and say steer clear.

Mid America usually has some decent looking cars but they are a bit on the high side and are one of the smaller lots in Olathe. I pass by there at least once a week. I have no idea about the one in Mcpherson.
